Orders are processed for in-stock items generally within 3 business days of ordering.

Processed orders will be sent a notification. On the day your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. 

If you need something processed and dispatched quickly – please choose EXPRESS POST at checkout.

 

Shipping via Standard Post, using Australia Post services.

Postage services quoted are all standard tracked parcel service. Contact us if you require additional services such as sign on delivery or added insurance, which can be added at your cost. 

Within Australia, delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days. For regional areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days.

Postage times are quoted based on business days, Monday to Friday.

Express Post Services

If you need your order quickly, please upgrade to Express Post at checkout, and we will process your order the next business day.

Shipping via Express Post, using Australia Post services.

Within Australia, delivery will take approximately 1-2 business days. For regional areas, please allow up to 3-5 business days.

For International Orders, delivery will take approximately 4-6 business days.

Postage times are quoted based on business days, Monday to Friday.

Pre-order items – order processing and shipping

Items which are ordered using the pre-order service will be shipped upon arrival to the warehouse.

Wait time for pre-orders depends on the supplier and are subject to wait times.

We will provide you with an Estimated Time of Arrival once the order is placed, once we have been advised by the supplier, and will do our best to meet this ETA. However, wait times can change without notice due to availability, and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays.

Customs Fees, Import Tax and receiving charges

Customs charges and import taxes in your country are payable to your government via whatever import-tax method they use.

If the item is being held by the post office or shipping service in your country, contact them and they should be able to give you instructions on what to do to pay the required charges.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
