Exchange and Return Policy
Quirky wants you to love everything you purchase. If for some reason something isn’t right, please let us know so we can arrange another size, colour or even swap your item for something different.
We do not issue refunds for Change of Mind.
However, we do allow you to exchange merchandise or receive store credit for ‘change of mind’ reasons at our store within 30 days of purchase. We can directly exchange your goods in store, or if you can’t find a replacement at the time, we can give store credit for a later purchase.
Any store credit issued will be in the form of a gift voucher, which must be presented when making the final exchange purchase.
We offer no refund or exchange on Sale or Clearance items.
Exchanges/ returns must be completed within 30 days of Payment.
- Please note we do not refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection (we only offer exchange/credit in this case).
- We can only accept exchange items if they are in original condition, have original packaging, are unworn, unwashed and have all relevant tags attached.
- No worn, soiled or damaged items will be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition. When taking home your purchases, keep items free from animal fur, makeup or deodorant stains, cigarette smoke and avoid scuffing shoes by trying them on indoors on carpet.
- Exchange only on Change of Mind if in original new condition with receipt and all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges do not apply to cosmetics, prosthetics, underwear, hosiery, wigs, contact lenses, hair dye, swimwear and earrings due to Australian health and hygiene regulations.
- Faulty products must be returned with receipt and are subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions.
Faults/Flaws– we will arrange repairs of minor faults which were not caused by the customer within 30 days – such as loose/missing buttons, faulty zips, missing studs etc to the best of our ability. Item must be New-with-Tags.
Defects– we will contact the manufacturer and seek a full repair or replacement according to the manufacturer’s warranty or conditions so long as the goods are returned within 30 days and the defect is a factory fault.
We are not responsible for the use and wear of goods once they are purchased and have been worn. We do not replace/repair items that are damaged or soiled during regular wear and tear by the customer.
How to exchange:
IN STORE: Only items purchased in store can be exchanged in store. Bring your item back into the store with proof of purchase receipt.
ONLINE: Only items purchased online via the website may be exchanged via the website.
- Send an email to us at email@example.com with the order number, your name, address and item info, as well as tracking number for post for the item.
- Post the item to us.
- We will contact you upon receipt of your item and you can advise us of the requested exchange.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
We will only cover postage costs if there was an error or fault with the order.
If you need to return something that is faulty or there was an error with your order, please email us with your order information and a photo of the item.
